Where are my coffee lovers at?
Coffee is an essential part of my day. It wakes me up, warms my soul, and brings me to a place of zen that I need to get focused for the day. However, I often feel like having coffee just isn't cutting it when it comes to getting a healthy dose of morning vitamins and nutrients. Anyone with me?
Cue in... Coffee Lovers Smoothie. Packed with a ton of beneficial goodies, this smoothie will feed your caffeine fix and keep you full all morning.
COFFEE LOVERS SMOOTHIE

Now, it is on my list to purchase a super nice blender, but right now, I am using a pretty cheap one. If you're in the same boat, NEVER FEAR! I was able to adjust my smoothie recipes to ensure delicious, smooth smoothies every time. What's the secret you ask?
Cauliflower Rice
Yep, weird right? I thought so, too. Instead of using a ton of ice to try and get that even consistency, swap in all or half of your ice for frozen cauliflower rice! It is truly a win-win considering you're getting a better smoothie texture and all the amazing benefits of the veggie (Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Fiber).
What You'll Need:

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Milk (Almond Milk, Skim Milk, Coconut Milk, etc. You decide!)
- 2 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice
- 4-8 Oz. Cold Brew/Coffee (Based on how much coffee taste you prefer!)
Recipe Directions:
The great news, this recipe is SO SIMPLE. I mean, there is only one step!
Combine all ingredients, and blend until smooth.
